Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NonlyCo. We strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are here to help you with your return or refund request.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. By purchasing from NonlyCo, you agree to these terms.

1. RETURNS

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at support@nonlyco.com or through our website contact form. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  4. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Any items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.

2. REFUNDS

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If your refund is not approved due to any reason (such as the item being used or damaged), we will notify you with an explanation.

Refund Timeframe:

  • After approval of your return, refunds are typically processed within 3-10 business days. However, the processing time may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.

3. EXCHANGES

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
  • We cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be available in stock, but we will work with you to find a suitable replacement.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nonlyco.com. We will request photos of the damage or defect, and once confirmed, we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item. We will cover the return shipping cost in this case.

5. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and you will need to follow the return process if you wish to return the item.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@nonlyco.com with your order details.

6. SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If the return is not due to a defect or mistake, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
